It's all about evenly distributing the wealth world-wide & our country is becoming poorer while elevating the other countries to what our status used to be.

Gas Prices Boost Wholesale Inflation? Well of course it does, spend more on some things than on others! Almost everything has increased in price and the wages are the same or less. Big Oil continues to sell fuel and natural gas on the world market for higher prices, there will be NO price reduction for the cost of fuel or natural gas IN the US. 'Coming out of the closet' Fred's lousy, smoke and mirrors, lack of jobs, dog and pony show and in the crapper economy, the jobs are Not here. Fred's economy is not improving but continues to hurt the population and the job numbers continue to be down – no matter how smoooooth talking Fred spins those numbers! People will still drive and buy fuel no matter what but it sure helps to have a job too! What's a person to do? Whatever the size or shape of the vehicle, Produce and ‘Drive’ vehicles with high MPG, are very safe, reliable, have a ‘reasonable’ cost and a good ‘value’ for the money. The price of fuel at the pump is too high! XII/XXII/MMXII!

"core prices" don't include food and fuel. Then what ARE the core values????? No prices were unchanged in September. Everyone knows that.

Higher prices for diesel fuel which most trucks use and not gasoline is likely the reason for the increase in wholesale prices (of goods transported by trucks).

Now that is a novel thought. Higher prices and inflation go hand in hand.
Problem is wages go nowhere. Stagnant. The crunch continues.
Had enough?

Gosh just think that gas prices boost wholesale inflation. Tell that to the powers that be in DC. Get with the program or get out.

The weather played more than a small role in all of these price increases.
