To answer your question, you can earn 975 pts per a day (750 points for 5 station posts, 100 pts from 5 message posts, and 125 pts from clicking on the 4 news story links) M-Sat and 1075 on Sunday (Due to voting in the poll question). On top of that you get an initial 1200 points for using the tell a friend feature for the first 15 you refer to this site. So if you max out your points daily, you earn 6925 pts per week / 1000000 = about 144 weeks to reach a cool 1 million.
