The spread of CA avg above the Nat average was $.30/g a year ago, got up to $.40/g at year end and is now just above $.50/g. Remembering that CA is part of the Nat average and so the spread is even greater if there was a calc without CA in the average."
Absolutely right StArrow68, but that just gives cover to those that claim cap and trade has had no effect on CA gasoline prices. The sand is conveniently provided for them to bury their heads.
